đ The Ontario provincial electoral district of Durham was contested during the 2011 Provincial election which was held on October 6, 2011.
đ John O'toole, the Progressive Conservative candidate, won the riding with 22,393 votes making up a 49.1% share of the vote.
đ„ The runner-up Liberal candidate, Betty Somerville, received 13,394 votes (29.4%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 8,999.
đ Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include James Terry - NDP (17.6%).
