📌 The Alberta provincial electoral district of Edmonton-Gold Bar was contested during the 2012 Provincial election which was held on April 23, 2012. 🏆 David C Dorward, the Progressive Conservative candidate, won the riding with 6701 votes making up a 33% share of the vote. 🥈 The runner-up NDP candidate, Marlin Schmidt, received 5836 votes (28.7%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 865. 📊 Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Josipa Petrunic - Liberal (20.1%), and Linda Carlson - Wildrose (15.6%).
