In this video, I chat with NDP MP Peter Julian and find some common ground against our common foe. Video taken at the 2006 Liberal leadership convention. We also discuss the “NDP dilemma” of growth. Julian says it may come from capturing part of the 40% that doesn’t vote. I’m not so sure about that strategy.
