📌 The Alberta provincial electoral district of Edmonton-Centre was contested during the 2012 Provincial election which was held on April 23, 2012. 🏆 Laurie Blakeman, the Liberal candidate, won the riding with 5626 votes making up a 40.4% share of the vote. 🥈 The runner-up Progressive Conservative candidate, Akash Khokhar, received 4296 votes (30.8%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 1330. 📊 Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Nadine Bailey - NDP (16.2%), and Barb De Groot - Wildrose (12.6%).
