đ„ The runner-up Bloc QuĂ©bĂ©cois candidate, Vivian Barbot, received 16,535 votes (38.7%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 1,189.
đ Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Costa Zafiropoulos - NDP-New Democratic Party (8.7%) and Mustaque Sarker - Conservative (7.6%).
