đ„ The runner-up Bloc QuĂ©bĂ©cois candidate, Daniel Mailhot, received 10,145 votes (25.4%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 9,724.
đ Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Michelle Allaire - Conservative (13.5%) and Samira Laouni - NDP-New Democratic Party (8%).
