More praise for Stephen Harper’s international leadership

Here’s former Prime Minister of Belgium and President of the European People’s Party Wilfried Martins on Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s international leadership:

    While Stephen Harper is a great Prime Minister, who I have great respect for, I have a bad feeling that he might lose this election. Without a clear environmental strategy, i.e. an alternative to Dion's plan, the Conservatives are going to look like they're not interested in doing anything about this “urgent” and “dire” problem. This will play right into Dion's hands (I've already heard him mention this), and might end up handing him the reins.
