đ John Yakabuski, the Progressive Conservative candidate, won the riding with 24,563 votes making up a 61.1% share of the vote.
đ„ The runner-up NDP candidate, Kurt Stoll, received 6,872 votes (17.1%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 17,691.
đ Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Oliver A. Jacob - Ontario Liberal Party (9.8%).
