š Ted Hsu, the Ontario Liberal Party candidate, won the riding with 18,360 votes making up a 37.7% share of the vote.
š„ The runner-up NDP candidate, Mary Rita Holland, received 15,186 votes (31.2%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 3,174.
š Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Gary Bennett - Progressive Conservative (24.6%).
