đ„ The runner-up NDP-New Democratic Party candidate, Hans Marotte, received 17,555 votes (29.1%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 2,467.
đ Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Denis Hurtubise - Bloc QuĂ©bĂ©cois (24.8%) and StĂ©phane Guinta - Conservative (10.8%).
