đ Peter Adams, the Liberal candidate, won the riding with 25,310 votes making up a 48.4% share of the vote.
đ„ The runner-up Canadian Alliance candidate, Eric John Allan Mann, received 14,924 votes (28.5%) and was therefore defeated by a vote margin of 10,386.
đ Other candidates who received a sizable share of the vote include Darrin Langen - Progressive Conservative (13.5%) and Herb Wiseman - N.D.P. (7.6%).
