Appreciate the quick turnaround with the data, but for these numbers to have any meaning, we need some context

Any difference in rules on party membership sales between these three? As I recall, Family memberships, bulk memberships and “free’ memberships have all been used in past, by all parties. We need this kind of info to do a value comparison.
