The moral fibre of most Liberals is appaling. I think I know where the term ‘Liberal’ comes from, see the epic treatse by Aleister Crowley named Liber Al vel Legis. There are similar themes explored in his writings and that of ‘liberalism.’ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liber_AL_vel_Legis (real conservative)

Mark Holland, (imo) smeared an entire province during the 2008 election and has (imo) continued to do that as well as many other disgusting and obnoxious things. The guy is a loser with a huge ego issue.

Had that been a Conservative MP, dissing an entire province (other than Alberta of course, the Liberal and Coalition bashing block) they’d have been halved, quartered and unemployed. The media would ensure that Conservative MP was stalked, his family harrassed and every detail of his childhood, dissected.

The left wing media in this country are relentless, disgusting human beings. There is not a professional bone in their body and this example hammers it home.

Our media is more interested in being a panelist on CBC and CTV politics shows, than covering the news. All of them, including Sun media and National Post.

Perhaps Baird will acknowledge Holland’s apology in QP.

    Double Standard?

There is no double standard, the PPG are liberal supporters. They will do whatever it takes to take down the CPC. Nothing more nothing less..

This is just example 4567 of the PPG agenda.

Wonder if Holland decided apologizing would be less problematic for him as he attempts to hold on to his seat than being sued? I can’t imagine he’s at all sincere. Hoping this is acknowledged loudly by Baird in the HOC.

As for Pierre Poilievre, did they say he broke into his own office as well?

How long would a Conservative charged with DUI last sitting in the HOC without constant demands they step aside or resign?

Yeah, the double standard flies supreme.

I am convinced like Climate-gate, the media can arrange to find some “experts” to confirm they have no bias. (wink wink)

The internet has removed any doubt the old model of message control by the MSM is dead. They just don’t know it yet.

I don’t believe that any real physicist, nay scientist, can read that stuff without revulsion. I would almost make that revulsion a definition of the word scientist.

In the interim the ClimateGate scandal broke into the news, and the machinations of the principal alarmists were revealed to the world. It was a fraud on a scale I have never seen, and I lack the words to describe its enormity. Effect on the APS position: none. None at all. This is not science; other forces are at work.- Hal Lewis

To err is human. To forgive – divine.

Let’s see if Baird & Froggett are classier than their “supporters”.

    Pittsburgh Plate & Glass?

sorry, not everyone has memorized all the right-wing acronyms.

  • Liz J

I’ll got with to err on the side of caution, something Holland wouldn’t consider before he shoots off his mouth, which is par for the course with him.

    kenn2 says..

“sorry, not everyone has memorized all the right-wing acronyms.”

LMAO, you don’t really follow politics that much do you.. Thanks for the Laugh kenn2, classic..

Honestly if you do not know what PPG means, well what can I say. LMAO.. Ya, it is a right wing conspiracy. My reaction to your post is this..

Re your Tweet, Stephen, “Ate too much turkey!”

    Me too.

    Take an Alka Seltzer …

    BTW, Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

… actually, I am serious. What does PPG mean?

Until I know, the essence of your wisdom is lost on me. And such a loss that would be.

  • batb

Always one to extend a helping hand … PPG means, kenn2, Parliamentary Press Gallery, those guys on Parliament Hill who have a real hate-on for our Prime Minister and his party.

No wonder he bypasses them whenever possible. The story’s written itself: Blowhard kick-the-CPC-when-they’re-down-ad-nauseum Mark Holland apologizes to a member of the CPC and it’s off the pages.

Reverse the scenario and the MSM would be all over it.

    Thank you.

  • batb

    You’re welcome.

BTW, would it be fair to say it’s rather cowardly for a politician of Holland’s boldness to make an apology prior to a week off from the HOC? Dishing it out is the easy part, taking it back requires more than some people have in them, class with a hefty dose of humility.
