He might as well just hand over his “funds” to Smitherman directly like the rest of the spineless, socialist bunch of torys that are working for him. Have fun in the next provincial election. If Councillor Ford is “gathering the money” before he becomes an official Declared Mayoral Candidate, he is borrowing a page from Former Toronto Mayor Barbara Hall who “reserved” campaign donations prior to entering the race.
