May I direct you to paragraph 255, where the court declines to rule on whether the scheme is legal.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You really should try to inform yourself before you comment on such things.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As for your second point, why don&#039;t you just reread what I already said.</description>
