		<description>The fact Rob Nicholson, the point man on defending censorship and Section 13, is left in place, is not good.  I gave Harper my vote on the chance he might do something on Section 13.  He is on probation.</description>

		<description>I was disappointed about Alice Wong too, but whereas the minister rookies such as Shea and Aglukkaq have cabinet experience, Wong does not have much government experience so she probably needs time to get a sense of the parliamentary feel. I expect her to be appointed as a Parliamentary Secretary. If not, then I&#039;ll be very dissappointed.</description>
